Bid matching and opportunity alerts
Proposal preparation and submissions
Portal registration assistance
White Glove and DIY support services
Government contract and grant readiness support
Construction contracts

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must setup service. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

5. Payment and Subscription

Access to BidFendNX may require payment. You agree to:

Pay all applicable fees as described during sign-up
Allow us to charge your provided payment method for recurring billing (if applicable)
Cancel your subscription before renewal to avoid future charges

No refunds will be provided for services already rendered or unused time.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

The accuracy of any information submitted
Deciding final pricing in submitted proposals
Reviewing and approving any completed documentation before submission

BidFendNX does not make decisions on pricing or internal business terms.

7. Proposal Preparation Disclaimer

While BidFendNX may assist with proposal creation and support, we do not guarantee proposal acceptance, contract awards, or funding outcomes. Clients are encouraged to review all documents for accuracy before submission.

8. Use Restrictions

You may not:

Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
Attempt to reverse-engineer or duplicate our services or software
Share access with unauthorized users or third parties
Submit false or misleading proposal information

9. Intellectual Property

All content on BidFendNX, including software, design, logos, and materials, is owned by ThreatFend Network Operations or its licensors. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute our content without written permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms of Service or use our platform and/or our services in a way that harms our business, reputation, or users. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, cancellations do not entitle you to a refund.

11. Limitation of Liability

BidFendNX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

Loss of opportunities or income
Delays in portal submissions
Errors in government databases
Technical failures beyond our control

Our liability, if any, is limited to the fees paid by you for the services within the last 3 months.

12. Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information and only share it as necessary to provide services or as required by law.

13. Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the platform means you accept any changes.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts located within Sheridan County, Wyoming.
